For the last few years, Nickelodeon has simulcast a series of NFL Playoff games, adding their irreverent brand of kid-focused comedy to the game with a series of on-field antics and AR-powered overlays. To help kickoff the showdown between the Los Angeles Rams and Denver Broncos on Christmas Day, Nickelodeon asked us to create promo content for social and AV to excite families across the country. Our content needed to be fun, and illustrate the wacky surprises millions will see on the Christmas Day broadcast. We packed our bags and flew to Denver to be on set with the NFL stars and capture all the content.

At the end of every major football game, we see players dousing the coach with gatorade, so we added slime and asked Denver Broncos players to bring in their kids for a sticky surprise. We shot with Broncos player Courtland Sutton gearing up for the game, but not without his lucky SpongeBob socks. And of course, we had to invite Santa to ask NFL players what they want for Christmas.
